Launching Website Audit

When creating a new project in SEO-AIM, you have the option to automatically initiate the Website Audit. If disabled, you can manually run the audit at your convenience.

1. Real-time Progress Tracking: Monitor the audit’s progress in real-time, check the analysis duration, and track queue positions for concurrent projects.
2. Completion Notification: Receive an email notification once the in-depth audit is finished.
3. Overview Section: Find the website’s overall health score, detected issues, critical problem lists, and essential indexing data.

Issue Report Section

Explore key SEO parameters with 110 checks categorized into 16 groups, covering aspects like website security, crawling, and duplicate content.

4. Severity Indicators:
   • Green check mark: No issues.
   • Blue exclamation mark: Noteworthy comment.
   • Yellow triangle with exclamation mark: Warning.
   • Red cross: Critical issue.
5. Detailed Descriptions: Click on a check to access issue details and concise instructions for resolution.
6. Comprehensive Page Lists: View all pages with the same issue by clicking the number under the Pages column.
7. Audit Groups: Choose to view all results or specific groups (passed checks, notices, warnings, errors).
8. Audit Comparison: Compare recent and past audits by selecting the desired date.

Restarting the Audit

Regularly audit your website to catch and fix new errors promptly. Restart the audit by using the tool’s corresponding button. Set up automatic weekly or monthly audits in the tool’s settings for efficiency.

Downloading and Sending Reports

1. Download PDF Report: Obtain a downloadable PDF report by clicking the “Download report” button in the upper right corner.
2. Customizable Reports: In the popup window, choose report inclusions, such as descriptions of sections and detected issues, for a comprehensive PDF report.
3. Email Report: Share the audit report via email by clicking the “Send” button. Specify the recipient’s email and choose report inclusions in the popup window.
4. Click “Send” to share the report.
