Email Analytics Update – 2
Hi, it’s Leon with the development team with a quick update about email analytics. If you navigate to settings, email services, and then email analytics, those are some things that you’ll want to be aware of. For each status accent delivered, opened, clicked, complained, and bounced, you’re able to view the records and the contacts that have that status, which can be really helpful. You’re also able to filter by a range of date, and to top it all off, you can filter by an email source. This is a great resource that has been added. I just wanted to make sure you were aware. Thanks for your time.
Understanding the Importance of Enhanced Email Analytics
In this update, Leon from our development team highlights an exciting addition to the email analytics functionality. This feature provides valuable insights into your email campaigns by allowing you to track the status of emails across various key metrics such as “delivered,” “opened,” “clicked,” “complained,” and “bounced.”
Why is this important? Being able to view detailed records and filter your analytics by date and email source gives you a much clearer picture of how your emails are performing. It helps you quickly identify trends, optimize your strategy, and manage your contacts more effectively. For example, if you notice a high bounce rate, you can take proactive steps to improve your deliverability, ensuring your emails reach your audience.
This update brings efficiency and transparency to managing email campaigns, empowering you to make informed decisions based on real-time data. We’re excited to share this with you so you can get the most out of your email marketing efforts!
