Premium Full Name Support – Inbound Webhook Trigger – Create Update Contact Action

It’s Leon with the development team, we’re thrilled to share that we’ve enhanced our create slash update contact action functionality.
You may not be familiar with the act this action.
It’s a premium action that is tied to the inbound webhook trigger.
To set this up, you would select the inbound webhook trigger and you would copy this url and for example, you’d go to like a Zap and you would add the URL to, you know, like a put a put hook or a get hook or a post hook, and you provide the URL and the action.
And in this example, I am, you know, putting in the full name, which is what this feature is about.
There’s now full name support.
So I’m putting in the name, email, phone number, pretty basic.
And once I test it on the Zap side, Zapier side, when you go to test, you’ll be able to find a mapping reference as you can see the email.
And here the full name is being, is being brought in by the hook.
That’s pretty much it.
We’ve enabled the mapping of full names in the inbound webhook trigger when using the create slash update contact action.
Now this means that users can now conveniently map full names directly from the, from the incoming webhooks, making it even simpler to manage contact data.
Just note that these updates aim to streamline workflow workflows and increase the accuracy of contact management.
That’s all for now.
