Customize Email And SMS Notifications For Invoices

I’m here to tell you about our new customized email and SMS notifications for invoices feature.
The ability to customize email and SMS notifications in invoicing is now live under in invoice settings.
Now this allows you to use your own templates for invoicing and not rely on the system generated defaults.
To view the notification settings, navigate the payments invoices, and click on the settings gear.
Email and SMS notifications can be customized for the contact receiving the invoice.
Under the customer notifications section, notifications can be customized for the account user who is sending the invoice under the team notification section as well.
Now click on the dropdown, select a template and turn the toggle off and to exclude any specific notification from being sent.
To include details in not in notification templates.
Use the custom value dropdown menu within the SMS and email builder under invoice.
This will allow you to provide information such as the invoice, total due date, invoice, url, et cetera.
