Inbound Calling And App Updates

Time.
Hi, it’s Leon from the dev team and I’m here to tell you about our new mobile app with inbound calling on iOS feature.
If you are familiar with forwarding inbound calls to the mobile app, I have great news and now everyone can join in on this, including iOS users.
With inbound calls, you would need to make sure to assign a Twilio number to a user from the staff area.
You would accomplish this by going to the settings my staff and clicking edit for a user, and then you would navigate to the call and voicemail settings and select a number and make sure to check forward calls to mobile app and then safe.
This would enable this feature.
I have some screenshots about this feature with some additional information.
Now for clarity, you will now be able to receive calls on Android and iOS.
This also means that you can call leads and customers as well.
Now, in addition to this, update appointments now include calendar groups and appointments will account for daylight savings times so that the correct times are shown.
Email and SMS are easily accessible from conversations and fixes for call options under contacts for users have been implemented in this update as well.
To learn more about this feature, just search for inbound call routing to the mobile app and the help library.
That’s all for now, but stay tuned and I’ll be back soon with more updates from the dev team.
