LC Email Validation And More

Hi, it’s Leon from the dev team, and I’m here to tell you about our new lc email validation feature and more email validation will check if the syntax is correct, if the domain is set up to receive email check if the email exists, if it’s a high risk address, and if the domain is not role based, the update is that email address validation will revalidate every 90 days, which is different from the previous 180 days option.
And this is important because email deliverability is highly impacted by bounced emails.
This will decrease email bounces by performing email validation ahead of time.
This will prevent emails from going to spam or worse not getting delivered at all.
The option to manually validate is now on the contact page.
You can see this green envelope mean that it’s valid if it’s red, be invalid or previously bounced.
In addition to this information for high reputation email service providers only unsubscribe headers are now being implemented automatically.
As this is an RFC industry standard, the option to add custom reply to addresses has also become available.
Just navigate the settings, email services, and click on reply and forward settings to see this.
Dedicated domains for notification emails have been added to the dedicated domains area when clicking on the dedicated domain button from the email services section as well.
To learn more about these features, just search for email validation dedicated domains and list unsubscribe header in the help library.
That’s all for now, but stay tuned and I’ll be back soon with more updates from the dev team.
