Audidev offers flexible, no-contract subscriptions, allowing you to cancel at any time with a minimum of 30 days’ notice before your next billing date. Please review the full details below to understand how cancellations work.
1. Canceling a Subscription
- You may cancel your Audidev CRM subscription by:
- Logging into your account and navigating to the Billing/Subscription section.
- Selecting the Cancel Subscription option and confirming your cancellation.
- Alternatively, you can email billing@audidev.com to request cancellation.
- Notice Requirement: A 30-day notice before your next billing date is required for cancellations to take effect.
- Your Responsibility: Before canceling, it is your responsibility to transfer or remove all media assets, customer lists, configured features (e.g., templates, workflows), funnels, websites, and phone numbers from the system. Any data not transferred or removed will be permanently deleted after cancellation.
2. Data Deletion and Irreversibility
- Once your cancellation is processed, all data within the system will be purged, including any phone numbers purchased through the system.
- If you need to keep any phone numbers, it is your responsibility to submit a porting request to transfer them out before cancellation.
- Cancellations are irreversible, and once processed, your account cannot be reactivated.
3. Free Trial Cancellations
- If you are on a 14-day free trial, you must cancel before the trial ends to avoid automatic billing. Once the trial period ends and the subscription begins, no refunds will be issued for the initial billing cycle.
4. Auto-Renewal of Subscriptions
- All subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly, annual, or multi-year). You must cancel at least 30 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the renewal. Once a subscription renews, no refunds will be provided.
5. Suspension Instead of Cancellation
- If you prefer to suspend your account rather than cancel it permanently, you can opt for a suspension:
- Suspensions can last for up to 90 days, after which all billing and services will automatically resume.
- During the suspension, all access to the platform, communications (Phone/SMS/Email), websites, automations, and other services will be paused.
- You will still be responsible for paying the direct maintenance fees for any phone numbers purchased through the system, but these numbers will not be released or terminated.
- Billing will automatically resume after the suspension period ends, for a minimum of 30 days.
6. Cancellation and Usage-Based Services
- If you cancel a subscription that includes usage-based services (such as phone, SMS, or email communication), any outstanding charges for those services will still be billed at the end of the current billing cycle. Usage-based services are non-refundable.
7. Canceling Multi-Year or Discounted Plans
- Multi-year or discounted plans can be canceled with a minimum of 30 days’ notice before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the plan unless the cancellation request is made within 7 days of purchase and no services have been delivered.
- After the 7-day window, the subscription will remain active until the end of the contracted period, with no refunds for early cancellation.
8. Impact on Account and Data
- Once your account is canceled or suspended, all access to your Audidev CRM features will be restricted. Data will be permanently deleted upon cancellation, and we recommend exporting any necessary data before proceeding.
9. Reinstating a Canceled Subscription
- Once a subscription is canceled, it cannot be reactivated. However, if you opt for suspension instead of cancellation, your account can be resumed after the suspension period ends.
