Audidev CRM Refund Policy

At Audidev, we value our relationship with you and are committed to delivering a high-quality CRM solution. We understand that circumstances may change, and we offer the option to return most services and subscriptions you purchase from us. However, please note that certain charges, such as usage-based billing for phone, SMS, or email communication, cannot be refunded.

Since Audidev CRM is a cloud-based platform offering non-tangible, irrevocable services, refunds are generally not available once a service is delivered or a subscription period has commenced. As a customer, it is your responsibility to review and understand our refund policies prior to making any purchase on our platform.

Refund Availability

A full refund may be requested for undelivered products and non-activated subscriptions within the initial 7-day period after purchase. This excludes any usage-based services, including phone, SMS, or email communication charges, which are billed based on consumption and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Refunds are not available for partially used subscription periods, including monthly, annual, or multi-year plans. Once a subscription period has commenced, no refunds will be issued for unused portions.

Free Trials

If you have signed up for a 14-day free trial and do not cancel before the trial ends, the paid subscription will begin automatically. Refunds are not available once the subscription starts following the trial period. Be sure to cancel before the trial ends if you do not wish to be charged. If you experience non-delivery of services after the free trial ends and the subscription begins, please contact us within seven (7) days to request a refund.

Refund Restrictions

Refunds are not applicable under the following conditions:

  • Purchases made before January 1st, 2020
  • Premium or custom integrations
  • After three rounds of revisions for custom setups
  • After requesting a third revision for any service
  • Requests made beyond seven (7) calendar days after the first payment
  • Bulk hour purchases – in full or part
  • Marketing services or campaigns executed through the CRM
  • SEO services
  • Design, branding, or website development services delivered through the CRM
  • Domain registration or hosting fees
  • Prepaid hosting or licensing fees
  • Usage-based services, including phone, SMS, or email communication charges
  • Non-refundable fees for onboarding, technical setup, technical support, and custom integrations (these fees are non-refundable once the service has been initiated)
  • Refund requests not submitted in writing within seven (7) days of the first payment

Our refund policy is made easily available before any purchase. We do not accept refund requests based on incompatibility with third-party software (plugins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions, etc.) unless explicitly stated as compatible in the product description. Additionally, we do not guarantee compatibility with third-party applications, nor do we offer support for them.

Third-Party Service Refunds

Audidev integrates with third-party platforms, including services like GoHighLevel and other providers. We are not responsible for the performance or refund policies of these third-party tools. Refunds are not available based on the performance, service interruptions, or compatibility of third-party platforms with Audidev. Please refer to the respective provider’s refund policy for third-party services.

Refunds on Subscriptions

Refunds are not available for partially used subscription periods. If you are unsatisfied with your subscription service, we recommend canceling the renewal before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges. No pro-rata refunds will be issued for partially used subscription periods, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

Refunds for multi-year or discounted plans will be considered only if the refund request is made within 7 days of purchase and if no services have been delivered. No refunds are available for partially used periods in any case.

Chargebacks

In the event of a chargeback dispute initiated with your payment provider, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and any ongoing services until the matter is resolved. We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve billing issues to avoid disruption of services.

Upgrades and Downgrades

Subscription upgrades take effect immediately, and billing will be adjusted accordingly from the date of the upgrade. Downgrades will also take effect immediately, but any reductions in billing will apply starting from the next billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for downgraded services during the current billing cycle.

Usage-Based Services

Usage-based services, such as phone calls, SMS messages, and email campaigns, are billed based on consumption. These services are non-refundable, regardless of when they are used within the subscription period. Once a usage-based service has been used, the associated charges are final and non-refundable.

Automation and Workflow Configuration

Audidev offers powerful automation and workflow tools to streamline your business processes. You are responsible for configuring and managing automations within the platform. Any charges resulting from misconfigured automations, such as bulk SMS or email sends, are non-refundable. Please ensure that your workflows are properly tested and monitored to avoid unintended charges.

Non-Refundable Fees

All fees for onboarding, technical setup, technical support, and custom integrations are non-refundable. Once these services have been initiated or work has commenced, no refunds will be granted.

Termination of Services

If your account is terminated or suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period. Audidev reserves the right to withhold refunds under these circumstances.

Auto-Renewal and Refunds

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date. Refunds are not available once a subscription renews. Please cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.

Circumstances for Refund Approval

  1. Non-delivery of the service or subscription
    In case of non-delivery due to technical issues with your email provider or our system, please contact us immediately. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our Billing Department within seven (7) days from the order date. If not submitted within this timeframe, the product or service will be considered delivered, and no further action will be taken.
  2. Access or usage issues
    If you experience problems accessing or using the platform, please notify our Technical Support Team promptly. Claims related to such issues must be made within three (3) days of purchase or subscription. Lack of contact within this period will be interpreted as successful usage, and no further refunds will be granted for access or usage issues.
  3. Major defects
    While all of our CRM services are thoroughly tested, unforeseen technical errors may arise. Any defects should be reported within 72 hours of detection to our Technical Support Team. We reserve the right to resolve the issue within 72 hours of notification. If we fail to correct the defect within this period, a full refund will be issued, or, at your discretion, a replacement service will be offered. Temporary access to your Audidev account may be required to diagnose and resolve the issue. Refusal to provide such access will result in forfeiture of the refund eligibility.
  4. Service not as described
    If a service does not match its description, a claim must be submitted within seven (7) days of purchase, accompanied by clear evidence. Complaints based on customer expectations or preferences outside of the agreed service scope are not eligible for a refund.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@ticket.audidev.com within seven (7) days of the initial purchase or subscription start date. Be sure to provide a detailed reason for your refund request, and ensure it complies with our stated refund policy. Refunds, if granted, may require a signed Waiver of Copyright from you.
